Information for existing tenants about rental-property communications, including optional SMS notifications.
Transactional messages only. SMS messages are used for tenancy-related communications such as rent reminders, payment or balance notices, late-fee notices, lease renewal or move-out reminders, and similar account-related notices. They are not used for advertising or promotional marketing.

Existing tenants may choose to receive text messages related to their tenancy. Message frequency varies depending on account activity and lease events. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of renting. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
